Automatic mixing
The Automix feature simplifies mixing activities if many guests are in the studio.
Automix adds a new source to the existing ones (called “Automix”) and will be the sum of all the enabled microphones.
The Automix source has all the features of a normal microphone source, such as:
- Studio speaker/control room control
- Studio light control/control room
- Can be used as audio in Private mode for phone calls
Using the Automix source, users can easily manage all the microphones in the studio, with many benefits:
- Managing all the microphones in the studio with just one fader;
- A dedicated AGC section for each microphone input automatically adjusts the correct level;
- Automatic management of attenuation in unused microphones, simulating a slight closing of the fader;
- Final compressor with automatic leveling of the Automix fountain;
- The microphones can be used individually.
This feature simplifies the work of the mixing engineer, especially if he or she is also presenting the show.

There are also 6 N-1 inputs/outputs available (with 4 GPI controls).
Software remote control
Oxygen Remoter is a software tool available free of charge with any Oxygen console. It offers advanced remote control features, such as access to any configuration and information, control of faders and buttons and any other operation available on physical consoles. It is very useful especially for compact consoles and in any environment with limited space.
Virtual Fader technology allows users to assign each input to a virtual fader/channel on the remote surface, which is very useful when controlling channels remotely. In addition, transforming the A/B pair into two virtual faders is a smart solution that maximizes the management of available sources.
The Oxygen Remoter can remotely control several consoles and create an ecosystem, which can be very useful for remote productions where, for example, part of the channels may need to be controlled from a studio while the others are still managed from the physical surface in the control room.
Oxygen Remoter is a powerful tool that provides extra flexibility and control tools for all Oxygen consoles.
The Oxygen Remoter can be downloaded from the Oxygen console administration page.
Exhibitions
In the OXYGEN 3000 Plus, AxelTech has reinvented the experience between the studio engineer and the console.
The 7″ TFT IPS graphic display shows all the ventilation parameters and the 4 rotary knobs allow quick and intuitive programming of all the mixer’s parameters.
Selectable homepage layouts are available with many theme icons. The default page shows the levels and font names A and B for any fader.
Four 2.2″ TFT IPS displays have been implemented for immediate and complete monitoring of the outputs.
The 2.2″ TFT IPS displays at the top of each fader show channel status, levels, sources and main settings.
HDMI output
The HDMI output connects the console to an HD monitor and can monitor all the following information:
- Audio input source levels
- 4+1 BUS output levels
- A/B source names assigned to 10 channels
- Display fonts on air
- Microphone activation timer (control room and studio)
- Large watch
- Audio output level (speakers and headphones)
- Microphone in the air
- Active phone
- The HDMI output combined with 4 rotary knobs allows quick and intuitive programming of all the mixer’s parameters.
- The programming GUI has been designed to be very easy and intuitive.
- Selectable homepage layouts are available, with many theme icons.
The HDMI output can be customized with the user’s logo. Selectable display layouts are available.
Bluetooth
The Oxygen 3000 Plus can be equipped with a Bluetooth module on each audio I/O card. It allows calls made via GSM, Skype, Viber and WhatsApp to be transmitted to a Smartphone, Tablet or PC. The Oxygen 3000 Plus has two Bluetooth connection modes: bidirectional to support phone calls; monodirectional to transmit high-quality stereo audio (A2DP) transmitted by Bluetooth sources.
With Bluetooth calls, the PFL activates the PRIVATE conversation mode.
Integrated decoder and streamer
In addition to analog/digital/AoIP inputs and outputs, the Oxygen 3000 Plus is open to integration with the IP world, thanks to the ability to decode audio streams (stereo or mono) as input and generate an output audio stream (stereo or mono).
