BARIX INSTREAMER – MULTIPROTOCOL IP AUDIO CODER
The Barix Instreamer encodes analog audio with low delay in configurable formats such as G.711, G.722, MP3 and linear PCM, and broadcasts it over IP networks in TCP, UDP, SHOUTcast and Multicast RTP streams to selectable destinations. The Instreamer comes equipped with two stereo audio input channels, a headphone output (which announces the IP address of the equipment on startup) on a 3.5mm jack, 10/100bT Ethernet network, adjustable level control via browser, frequency response from 20Hz to 20kHz; it is mounted in a high-strength aluminum case and powered by 5VDC, via mini USB or an external universal AC adapter.
