The DAVID – IV combines remarkably clear, extremely clean sound with a premium FM stereo generator, including built-in metering for RDS subchannel combining. Ultra-low latency, fully digital DSP-based design. 5 bands of adjustable dynamic range compression and ‘graphic-EQ’. “Windowed” AGC riding gain with “intelligent” gating. Low-bass enhancements with independent “Rumble” and “Punch” adjustments. Sound field processing to adjust the sound of stage listening. Programmable high-pass function eliminates sub-bass frequency stealing-modulation. Inovonics’ proprietary PIPP™ (Polarity Independent Peak Processing) limiter ensures maximum carrier density. Digital AES3 input and outputs (XLR), accepting sample rates of 32 kHz, 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 96 kHz. Left / Right inputs and analog outputs (XLR) and several independent composite MPX outputs. Built in tone oscillator. ‘Adaptive pre-emphasis’ high frequency limiting for FM. Easy configuration and control via the front panel, remote control and access via TCIP / IP. Built in Stereocoder (Stereo-Gen) with internal RDS metering and combining.
