The Vimesa Gap Killer 2-Element FM Antenna is a Circular Polarization Antenna, where the vertical and horizontal components propagate simultaneously, producing greater penetration in obstructed areas that are difficult to receive. Produced in stainless steel, the Gap Killer series is ideal for operation in aggressive environmental conditions, such as proximity to salt water, extreme temperatures, mountains, areas with strong winds and regions with the presence of corrosive substances and pollutants. In designing the Gap Killer series, the Chesbyshev polynomial was used to obtain an extraordinary VSWR over the entire VHF-FM band, allowing for better radiation transfer and lower power loss. Gap Killer antennas require no field adjustments and make it possible to combine multiple transmitters in the same antenna.
