VORSIS M-2 BY WHEATSTONE DIGITAL MICROPHONE PROCESSOR
Wheatstone VORSIS M-2 is a dual-channel DSP-based digital voice processor designed for professional audio and broadcast applications. It features two high-bandwidth, low-noise microphone amplifiers, a 4-section equalizer and two bands of fully parametric EQ, high and low pass filters, de-esser and expander functions. Smooth-sounding Vorsis dynamics processing is also included and is configurable for up to three processing bands. Adjustable from anywhere on your network, the M-2 offers the security of password-protected TCP/IP-based remote control and no front panel controls. Unique to the VORSIS M-2 is its ability to operate in completely independent dual-channel mode or, at the touch of a button, M/S mode for professional stereo recording applications. All of the M-2’s parameters are controlled using the Windows-based GUI, which can control up to 254 M2 devices. Voice talent can activate their own personal sound at the press of a button using the Talent Control Interface, a special GUI designed just for preset memorization. Wheatstone Vorsis M-2 features:
